{"id":38414,"date":"2024-11-13T11:16:36","date_gmt":"2024-11-13T11:16:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.matizando.com.ar\/?p=38414"},"modified":"2024-11-13T11:18:57","modified_gmt":"2024-11-13T11:18:57","slug":"contrabando-secuestro-de-mercaderia-por-mas-de-10-millones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.matizando.com.ar\/?p=38414","title":{"rendered":"Contrabando: Secuestro de mercader\u00eda por m\u00e1s de 10 millones"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>PERSONAL DE GENDARMERIA, REALIZO EL SECUESTRO DE MERCADERIA DE CONTRABANDO, CON UN AVALUO DE MAS DE DIEZ MILLONES DE PESOS<\/p>\n<p>EN ESTA OPORTUNIDAD, SE PUDO CONOCER QUE EN HORARIO DE LA MA\u00d1ANA, LOS FUNCIONARIOS DE SEGURIDAD, PERTENECIENTES AL ESCUADRON 58, DE GENDARMERIA CON ASIENTO EN NUESTRA CIUDAD CAPITAL Y EN UN OPERATIVO SOBRE EL CORREDOR VIAL NACIONAL, PROCEDIERON A LA INSPECCION DE UN TRANSPORTE PUBLICO DE PASAJEROS PROVENIENTE DEL NORTE DE NUESTRO PA\u00cdS, OBSERVANDO QUE EN EL INTERIOR DE LA BODEGA DEL \u00d3MNIBUS, SE TRANSPORTABAN CUATRO BULTOS DE GRANDES DIMENSIONES.<\/p>\n<p>POR LO DETECTADO LOS GENDARMES PUSIERON EN CONOCIMIENTO A LA JUSTICIA FEDERAL, COMO ASI TAMBI\u00c9N A LOS FUNCIONARIOS DE ADUANA, POR TRATARSE PRESUNTAMENTE DE MERCADERIA EN INFRACCI\u00d3N A LA LEY DE CONTRABANDO (CODIGO ADUANERO -LEY 22415) .<\/p>\n<p>SEGUN SE PUDO OBTENER INFORMACI\u00d3N EXTRA OFICIAL, CON LA ASISTENCIA DE TESTIGOS Y PERSONAL DE PERICIAS DE GENDARMERIA, APERTURARON LOS BULTOS Y SE SORPRENDIERON AL ENCONTRAR UNA IMPORTE CANTIDAD DE MERCADERIA DE CONTRABANDO DEL RUBRO TIENDA, EL VALOR DE LA MERCADERIA INCAUTADA SUPERO LOS ONCE MILLONES DE PESOS.
