SIDIUNLAR Denuncia A LA GESTION DE LA UNLAR por retenci\u00f3n indebida de fondos destinado al pago del aumento docente establecido en paritaria nacional para agosto
\nSIDIUNLAR REQUIERE QUE EN UN PLAZO DE 24 HORAS LA UNLAR CUMPLA EL ACTA PARITARIA DOCENTE QUE ESTABLECE EL INCREMENTO SALARIAL QUE DEBIO SER LIQUIDADO CON EL SUELDO DE AGOSTO Y QUE DEPOSITE LAS DIFERENCIAS A TODOS LOS DOCENTES DE LA UNLAR.
\nEl incremento, acordado en negociaci\u00f3n paritaria nacional, ten\u00eda que abonarse con la liquidaci\u00f3n el pasado 1 de septiembre y a la fecha se encuentra impago.
\nREPUDIAMOS LA FALAZ INFORMACION RESPECTO A QUE EL INSTRUCTIVO DE PAGO no hab\u00eda sido enviado desde naci\u00f3n, YA QUE TODAS LAS UNIVERSIDADES NACIONALES DEL PAIS FUERON NOTIFICADAS DE LOS PERTINENTES INSTRUCTIVOS DE LIQUIDACION EL PASADO 25 DE AGOSTO, POR LO QUE PEDIMOS QUE SE RESPONSABILICEN Y SE HAGAN CARGO DE ESTE INCUMPLIMIENTO QUE significa la retenci\u00f3n indebida de los fondos del aumento, calificables como estafa seg\u00fan las leyes vigentes.
\nSomos los UNICOS DOCENTES DEL PAIS QUE NO HEMOS COBRADO NUESTRO SUELDO COMO CORRESPONDE, sin tener de la patronal la urgencia ni la solidaridad de considerar el tremendo azote que nuestros hogares viven dia a dia fruto del deterioro que significa la situaci\u00f3n general en que se encuentra nuestro pa\u00eds.
\nLa UNLAR tiene la obligaci\u00f3n de cumplir el acuerdo paritario YA.
\nNOS DECLARAMOS EN ALERTA Y MOVILIZACION, en respuesta a estas conductas claramente contrarias a nuestros DERECHOS LABORALES.<\/p>\n
