Si bien algunos senadores ped\u00edan cambios en la iniciativa para dar la aprobaci\u00f3n, el oficialismo neg\u00f3 esa posibilidad ya que las modificaciones devolver\u00edan el proyecto a Diputados. Por eso, todos los cambios pertinentes ser\u00e1n realizados en la escritura de la reglamentaci\u00f3n.
