emocional de los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os de la casa.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Se trata de consignas y acciones para desarrollar en este proceso de aislamiento y confinamiento por la pandemia.<\/p>\n<p>Inician las recomendaciones con la siguiente pregunta<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfC\u00f3mo proteger tu salud mental en tiempos de #coronavirus con ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as en casa?<\/p>\n<p>Junto a Facebook Instagram INECO y Fundaci\u00f3n INECO lanzamos #EnCasaConSalud, una campa\u00f1a para promover el bienestar emocional durante este per\u00edodo de aislamiento social que afecta a millones de argentinos y argentinas.<\/p>\n<p>Mir\u00e1 las principales recomendaciones:<\/p>\n<p>1&#xfe0f;&#x20e3; No te exijas demasiado<br \/>2&#xfe0f;&#x20e3; Utiliz\u00e1 lo que hay de bueno en internet<br \/>3&#xfe0f;&#x20e3; Jug\u00e1 con ellos y ellas<br \/>4&#xfe0f;&#x20e3; Distribu\u00ed tareas del hogar<br \/>5&#xfe0f;&#x20e3; Practic\u00e1 ejercicio f\u00edsico con ellos y ellas<br \/>6&#xfe0f;&#x20e3; Hablales sobre el coronavirus<br \/>7&#xfe0f;&#x20e3; Filtr\u00e1 la informaci\u00f3n que les llega<br \/>8&#xfe0f;&#x20e3; Ofrec\u00e9 comodidad y seguridad<br
