{"id":14765,"date":"2019-12-23T15:44:42","date_gmt":"2019-12-23T15:44:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.matizando.com.ar\/?p=14765"},"modified":"2019-12-23T16:28:32","modified_gmt":"2019-12-23T16:28:32","slug":"condenan-por-danos-morales-a-julio-labornatti","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.matizando.com.ar\/?p=14765","title":{"rendered":"Condenan a Julio Laboranti por da\u00f1os morales"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El titular del portal riojalibre.com.ar deber\u00eda pagar mas de 500000 mil pesos al ex-vicegobernador Nestor Gabriel Bosetti.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan public\u00f3 en la cuenta de facebook Nestor Gabriel Bosetti, las presentaciones judiciales hechas en su momento contra Julio Laboranti, arrojaron un resultado positivo para el denunciante.-<\/p>\n<p>Esto quiere decir; que la demanda iniciada por Nestor Gabriel Bosetti dio a su favor y por esta raz\u00f3n, a Laboranti, le habr\u00edan embargados dos autos , hasta en tanto haga efectivo el pago correspondiente.<\/p>\n<p>De ser oficial la cuenta que tomamos como referencia y fuente fidedigna, Bosetti no solo se mantuvo durante todo este tiempo, que duro su mandato como vicegobernador, absolutamente en silencio, sino que a dem\u00e1s, espero el momento para expresarse sin tener las ataduras propias del cargo que ejerc\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Hoy por hoy, sin la responsabilidad de ser el vicegobernador de la provincia, no solo sale del silencio, sino que ademas deja en claro lo que deber\u00eda pagar Laboranti,\u00bb&#8230; no solo con el bolsillo sino tambi\u00e9n con el pecho&#8230;\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfSer\u00e1 que empezaremos a ver, como lo que se dice, tiene sus consecuencias, o Laboranti se escudara en la tan mentada frase&#8230; Libertad de Prensa?<\/p>\n<p>Publicaci\u00f3n sin correcci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p>Gracias a todos lo que me preguntaron que estaba pasando.<br \/>\nHay una frase que te escuche decir muchas veces JULIO LABORANTI.<br \/>\n\u201dLO QUE DIGO, ES POR QUE ME LA BANCO Y RESPONDO POR LO QUE ESTOY DICIENDENDO.\u00bb<br \/>\nPUES LLEGO EL MOMENTO JULIO LABORANTI.<br \/>\nPERDISTE EL JUICIO Y ESPERO QUE PAGUES TODO LO QUE LA JUSTICIA ORDENO QUE PAGUES, INCLUIDO LOS ABOGADOS.<span class=\"text_exposed_show\"><br \/>\nHAY UN DICHO POPULAR DICE.<br \/>\n\u201dQUE LO QUE SE DICE CON LA BOCA, SE AGUANTA CON EL PECHO Y EL BOLSILLO\u201d. BUENO, TE LLEGO EL MOMENTO DE PAGAR CON EL BOLSILLO ( por este motivo es que se le embargaron los 2 autos que tiene a su nombre JULIO LABORANTI, uno de ellos est\u00e1 en UNQUILLO y el otro en LA RIOJA ).LLEGO LA HORA QUE EMPIECES A PAGUER POR BOCA DURA, te metiste conmigo (no como funcionario, que hubiera sido lo correcto) si no en lo personal, burl\u00e1ndote de cuanta manera pod\u00edas, te metiste con mis hijos, con toda la familia , aprovechandote del cargo que ocupaba, y jugando con las limitaciones que ten\u00eda para reaccionar como cualquier persona, por eso se judicializo mi reclamo.
